Still doing some figuring on my meal plan. I was told by one site that my current caloric intake was “too aggressive” and I should up it to 1,2000 calories a day and just set back my goal date. I didn’t know it was too aggressive, this is the first “diet” of my life…it didn’t feel like it was too little XD But it’s better this way. Now I can finish...

Day 5 is much better! The squats are easier to do now and my legs aren’t nearly as sore anymore. I find it helps to take a long walk after the squats too.
It’s helped motivate me to get some regular exercise, that will last after the challenge is over, and I’m also working on a meal plan to lose some weight. I’m not really hung up on my weight, I know I am very average and...

I made it through day 4. I’m beginning to realize this challenge was probably intended for people who were already in good shape XD It didn’t hurt as much today while I was actually doing the squats and it was much easier to walk off the pain. I hope my legs are getting at least a little bit more used to it now.

I’ve started the 30 day squat challenge. I did 30 squats yesterday and it wasn’t too difficult but I am weary of the 40 I have to do today XD When did I get so weak? I used to be able to do like 60 squats a day, everyday….I really underestimated the importance of Gym class.
P.S: I am doing the one that starts at 30 and goes up by 10’s instead of one that starts at 50 and...

Apparently I don’t sleep at night anymore. So I’m cooking refried beans so I can have Navajo tacos tomorrow. I live in Arizona so they are Navajo tacos here, not “Indian Tacos” XD
