Day 5 is much better! The squats are easier to do now and my legs aren’t nearly as sore anymore. I find it helps to take a long walk after the squats too.
It’s helped motivate me to get some regular exercise, that will last after the challenge is over, and I’m also working on a meal plan to lose some weight. I’m not really hung up on my weight, I know I am very average and it hasn’t bothered me from a body image standpoint. However, I want to gain back some agility I once had ( I used to run track and do gymnastics now I can’t do shit XD) and to do that some of this weight’s gotta come off.
I made it through day 4. I’m beginning to realize this challenge was probably intended for people who were already in good shape XD It didn’t hurt as much today while I was actually doing the squats and it was much easier to walk off the pain. I hope my legs are getting at least a little bit more used to it now.

Crying because this is like my dream ass/leg combo and I know I won’t have it by day 6 XD
I’ve started the 30 day squat challenge. I did 30 squats yesterday and it wasn’t too difficult but I am weary of the 40 I have to do today XD When did I get so weak? I used to be able to do like 60 squats a day, everyday….I really underestimated the importance of Gym class.
P.S: I am doing the one that starts at 30 and goes up by 10’s instead of one that starts at 50 and goes up by 5’s.
