I lost 5 lbs this past week (even with 2 days of being naughty and having cake and a little chocolate XD). It doesn’t look like much a difference lol, except my legs are firmer from all the squats. I haven’t updated on my squat challenge here because it’s been much of the same the past few days. Not too difficult and no soreness in the morning anymore. It’s just becoming more of a pain in the ass because as the number grows the more time consuming it is. I had no idea how boring standing around doing 120 squats would be.

I was looking at a sight recommeded to help women find their “true bra size” and this is what it gave me based on my measurements 0___0…I always thought I was a C cup. 32 DDD, really? I mean I know the bra size finding process isn’t as cut and dry as A - D but that just seems so high.

Still doing some figuring on my meal plan. I was told by one site that my current caloric intake was “too aggressive” and I should up it to 1,2000 calories a day and just set back my goal date. I didn’t know it was too aggressive, this is the first “diet” of my life…it didn’t feel like it was too little XD But it’s better this way. Now I can finish more of this produce before it gets in danger of going bad.
